It is the largest city of Pakistan and capital of the Sindh province. It has the most population as a city. It is the hub for economic, educational, cultural, and political in the country.
It has two largest seaports, the Port of Karachi and Port Bin Qasim, as well as and also has Pakistan’s busiest airport, Jinnah International Airport. After 1947 it was the capital city of Pakistan, later on Islamabad become the capital city of Pakistan after 1960 due to its pleasant weather.
There is a Clifton Beach which is most commonly known as Sea View in Karachi, Sindh, Pakistan is located on the Arabian Sea. It’s beach stretches from Karachi and ends at Ormara (Balochistan). The Karachi beach is very popular in Pakistan because its only beach in the province of Sindh which is open for the public always.
There are many opportunities for enjoyments like horse riding and scuba diving etc.It has Saddar Town as located in the neighborhoods which is the center of city. On the Sea view there are many Apartments across from the beach which is a residential area. These are rated properties in the city.
There are other apartments and villas available there and can be seen along the Clifton beach coasts are becoming popular as well
The construction of the mosque starts in 1966 and ended in 1969. The mosque was designed by famous Pakistani architect Dr. Babar Hamid Chauhan and the engineer was Zaheer Haider Naqvi.
In Clifton, Karachi there is Teen Talwar (Three Swords) monument. There are three big marble swords which are inscribed with Quaid-e-Azam Mohammad Ali Jinnah‘s creeds Unity, Faith and Discipline. It was especially of a work of art by order of Pakistan’s former President and Prime Minister, Zulfikar Ali Bhutto in 1973, and was designed by Zoroastrian architect Minu Mistri.
There is Mohatta Palace is a museum, it located in Karachi. It was built in the posh area seaside which locale of Clifton by Shivratan Chandraratan Mohatta, a Hindu Marwari who was a businessman from modern day known as Rajasthan in India in year 1927, as it was his summer home. Agha Ahmed Hussain is the architect of the palace was. Mohatta enjoyed this building for only around two decades before independence, so he left Karachi for India.
There is Catholic church Patrick in Karachi. It was initially build in 1845 and it was the only church in Sindh province for that time. the Catholic community grew in number, so in April 1881, so it becomes the center for the Catholic community and it has larger place of worship. In 185 it was destroyed by a storm new build was rebuild.
